the room was spacious with lovely mountain views!!! it was a warm room without being uncomfortably hot. check in was easy and quick. i was pleased to see a 24/7 reception.
the cost of car parking was a little high!!! i also noticed the absence of a microwave. a microwave would be a great addition for guest convenience.

The junior suite had a balcony, a real game changer for me, since sitting outside and taking in the cool air was worth the extra money. The view was stupendous! the bed was divine, and i slept great, while the continental breakfast offered many options.
the language barrier with some of the staff made communication a bit difficult.

The hotel is conveniently located, a short walk to town. I walked to many eateries and bars located just 500m away! the views from the room are very good, facing the lake and the surrounding mountains.

The staff were helpful! they assisted with laundry issues promptly. They opened the laundry room after hours. The location is superb. It allows for easy walks to town and along the lake. The breakfast offered a good start to each day with great variety.
The hotel shows signs of age. It is noticeable in some areas.

the bathroom fan operated constantly and proved distracting. additionally, i experienced difficulties with the wifi. the connection was intermittent, and loading even basic web pages proved a slow task..
